Key Project Experience

  • High Speed 1 : Restricted Zone (RZ) Operational Model Feasibility Study: Understanding how new international operators could operate from St. Pancras.

  • EES: Operational Readiness

  • Heathrow: 7 years in a variety of roles leading on the customer-centric design and operation of the terminal buildings. Part of the Leadership Team for the opening of Terminal 2. Led the customer experience integration for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

  • Euston Station: Partnership with OpenSpace on the redesign and operation of the station.

  • Eurostar: Partnership in conjunction with Andy Boyd to review the security and immigration processes at St. Pancras and Gare du Nord.

  • Healthcare: Various projects to design and operate hospitals and screening centres.
